Attendees can arrive as early as 7:00pm to the Van Horne ballroom to get registered. We ask that everyone be inside the ballroom for 7:30pm for the official kick-off to the event.
The official kickoff to the Cadets Ball with a welcome performance by the Volfgang Brothers and Harp Twins.
Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.
Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.
We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.

Wing Leaders Attendees can arrive as early as 3:30pm to the Mt. Stephen hall to get registered and get their photo with the cast members.
We ask guests to be seated by 5:30pm for dinner service.
Please note that some cast photos may continue after the dinner if needed.
